February
Brethren,
Brethren, We started this New Masonic Year with the Installation of Officers held at the Westminster Masonic Temple on January 7th. The evening started out with a Lasagna dinner with all the fixings. This was followed with everyone moving upstairs to enjoy Bethel #5's spiritual presentation (which is always moving to me). The flag of our nation was assembled and a historic presentation was given by the Hero's of 76 unit of the Sojourners'. The evening continued on with the Officers being installed in their proper positions and finished up with refreshments and fellowship back downstairs in the dining room.
I want to give a special thanks to both Bethel's 5 and 18 for all their hard work in serving and cleaning up. Your efforts made the evening go smoother. I like to thank the Sojourners for their flag presentation. The history behind how our nations flag came to be was very exciting to hear and learn about. I want to thank all our guest who came out to enjoy this night in seeing the new Officers being installed. Last, by not least, I want to thank our wives and family for putting up with us during those long nights away from them.
January will continue to be busy, I invite everyone to come to Lodge enjoy some fellowship and practice Masonry. January 18th will see 4 new young candidates initiated to Entered Apprentices and start their Masonic journey. The Grand Lodge annual communications will be held on January 26-28. Remember there are plenty of opportunities within the Lodge to help. If you would like further information in areas you can assist in, Please let us know.
Fraternally Yours,
Rudy Gonzales

As we start out this New Year in our Masonic journeys, I want to say thank you for this opportunity to serve you as Master of Paul Revere Lodge # 130. My New Year's resolution to you, is to continue to make our Lodge one of the best Lodges in the state. We have over the last several years built the foundation towards making this happen. 2011 saw many exciting things come our way. We made Honor Lodge for the first time as Paul Revere Lodge, we donated funds to support a worthwhile program at a local Elementary school, we had some excellent speakers visit our Lodge, monthly Fellowship dinners, these are just a few of the programs we supported this year. I would like to continue this throughout 2012. The foundation is laid and now is the time to set the bricks with the cement that binds us in this great fraternity. There are plenty of opportunities to assist in making this happen. If you would like to help in anyway, Please let us know.
